Over the past several years has conducted an integrated analysis and improved considerably the process of milk production in more than 40 farms in Ukraine and Russia. Among them: «Agrifarm» Mayak», Ltd (Poltava region, Koteleve district; 1600 of dairy cattle, milk yield 7000 kg/year/fodder cow), «Mayak» Ltd (Cherkasy region, Zolotonosha district;100 of dairy cattle, milk yield 7000 kg/year/fodder cow), «Ukrainian dairy company» Ltd. (Kiev region, Zghurivka district; 3200 of dairy cattle, milk yield 9000 kg/year/fodder cow), and more than 20 leading enterprises of Ukraine, which are the members of the Association of Milk Producers of Ukraine.

Currently provides consulting support for one of the most modern dairy enterprises in Russia — «Agrifarm «Trio» (Lipetsk region; 3000 of dairy cattle, milk yield 9000 kg/year/fodder cow) and is a leading self-employed consultant of the Association of Milk Producers of Ukraine.

He has extensive experience in conducting seminars and training sessions. Practical periods and training at the best dairy farms in Canada, USA, Holland, England, Sweden, Germany, France, Hungary, Czech Republic, Finland, Russia.

Worked as a chief technologist of «Agro-Soyuz» and a head of the International School of dairy business. In the mid 90’s was a deputy director of livestock agrifarm «Naukova». Worked as a chief zootechnician at the collective farm «Avangard». Was a head of a bred livestock farm and a chief of a laboratory specialized in embryos transplantation.

Professional experience

Self-employed consultant, project manager and a trainer in forage production, cattle nutrition, preventive healthcare, farm building design and farm set up, cow comfort, dairy farm management (technical, economical) business plan development. Project management of educational and technical projects.

Worked as a manager of Farmco company, provided technical assistance and consultancy with cattle-export to Ukraine. Worked as a trainer and a consultant for the world’s biggest centre of dairy business PTC+ and during the employment there conducted various courses in the field of healthcare, hoof-treatment, fertility, farm-analysis, milking-technique, feeding, and computer applications. For more than two years worked for Hendrix Feed Company as a consultant in forage production and cattle nutrition. At the current moment is involved in several projects, one of which is the Training Agrarian Company «Milk». Have been advising Ukrainian dairy producers for more than eight years.

Andriy Dykun

Johann Tattsber

Professional experience
Major areas of Johann Tattsber’s consulting include: preparing of quality green fodder, cost effective usage of machinery for forage production, development of programs for calculations of feed rations, tillage systems, conceptual development of farming and fodder production.

Johann Tattsber intensively worked with a lot of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises on harvesting and the quality of green fodder in 2004–2006. In cooperation with the firms «Poettinger», Ltd and «Schauer Ukraine», Ltd carried out calculations and prepared concepts of mechanization, usage of machinery for green fodder storage, and choosing equipment for farm buildings. Held a series of seminars and reports highlighting these issues. Under the leadership of Johann Tattsber, Agriconsulting GmbH firm has successfully consulted and individually developed mechanization and tillage concepts for agricultural enterprises in Zhytomyr, Khmelnitsky, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Donetsk regions.

Has 32 years of experience in managing an agricultural enterprise. Worked for the company of software for agriculture- developed programs for compounding rations and conducted special calculations of cost-effectiveness of machinery, used for fodder production. From 1998 to 2000 was one of the successful implementers of the project «Information technologies in agriculture», which involved 1,700 participants from Lower Austria.

Helen Elizabeth Warren

Professional experience
Primarily involved with providing technical support to the European ruminant and equine sales force concerning products, involved with initiating and overseeing academic and commercial trials run across Europe for all products, has an experience of active taking part in livestock breeding seminars and conferences.

Was a tutor and a lecturer in Bicton College and Nottingham Trent University — Anatomy and Physiology, Applied Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Health and Disease-conducted researches and supervised dissertations.

Johann Hausler

Head of the department of alternative cattle maintenance of the largest and leading Austrian Agricultural Research and Education Centre (AREC) Raumberg-Gumpenstein

Professional experience:
Coordinates researches of the Centre, plans and conducts accurate researchees in livestock management, animal nutrition (the need for nutrients, forage evaluation in vivo / in situ / in vitro, lactation and mobilization, digestion of feed, animal health) and the influence of feeding on the quality of the final animal products (fatty acids in milk, meat, etc.). Responsible for the interpretation of results and further publications and reports (in the period from 2005 to 2009 presented more than 120 professional reports on educational seminars and congresses). Consults farms on the treatment of production data as a basis for economic modeling and decision making.

Mykhailo Bilokin'

Graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy, veterinary faculty. Since 1992 has worked as a chief veterinarian in BreedingStation «Shevchenkivskyy», and AE «Myr». In 1994 participated the training in the International Ddairy Management School, Great Britain.

In 1998 started private veterinary practice targeted on small private farms in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyy district, Kyiv region.
Since 2005 he has been cooperating with breeding stations giving consultations concerning dairy cattle reproduction questions.
